Character Retopology

2020 – Full Body Retopology

Two of the four athletes from a project for a mobile application. Each character was generated through cross-polarized photogrammetry. Full body models were cleaned and manually T-Posed within ZBrush, retopologized/UVed in Maya, and textured with Substance Painter and Photoshop.

2019 – Head Retopology

A sub-sample of five head models of athletes from a project for a curren-gen sports game. Each character was generated through cross-polarized photogrammetry. Full body models were cleaned within ZBrush, then details and textures were extracted onto a standardized head model using a combination of ZBrush, Maya, Substance Painter, and Photoshop. The finished heads all have identical topology.
